REFECTORIO
In a 12th-century monastery surrounded by natural spaces, wineries, and vineyards, awarded with one Michelin Star, Green Michelin Star, and Two Repsol Suns 2024. Refectory delights with impeccable cuisine of classical foundation infused with avant-garde flair and personality.
Chef Marc Segarra presents three menus featuring a special focus on local pantry items, products from the region served by the estate itself or a local supplier, and, of course, wine serves as inspiration.

Protos launches its own Ágora in its storied first winery of Peñafiel, building of 1927 and starting point of the almost centenary history of the winery.

More than a grill, located in Peñafiel, it has been a benchmark in the world of traditional Castilian barbecue for more than 50 years.
Highlighted for its roast suckling pig and grilled chops, with careful selection of its suckling lambs from native breeds. Use of a traditional wood oven and grill, using vine shoots that provide a very special smell and flavor

MESÓN LOS TRES OLMOS
A modest village bar located in Santibáñez de Valcorba that, through its skillful approach, has turned this inn into a pleasant place to enjoy very flavorful local starters, stews, and juicy grilled meats.
Known for its delicious grilled ‘churro’ suckling lamb skewer cooked solely with vine shoots, giving it an authentic taste. It offers an extensive menu of Castilian cuisine, including other meats and fish.
The restaurant has a Wine Cellar with several appellation of origin, with a predominant focus on Ribera del Duero.
MESÓN MOLINERO
Mesón Molinero, located in Traspinedo, was founded in 1970 by Guillermo Puertas to honor the tradition of local shepherds who roasted suckling lamb skewers with vine shoots. Guillermo stood out as a pioneer of ‘churro’ suckling lamb skewer with vine shoots.
Today, his daughters Ana and Elena continue the tradition with enthusiasm, maintaining quality over two generations.
They have built a culinary family for over 50 years, know their regular customers well, and strive to provide memorable gastronomic experiences.
MOLINO DE PALACIOS
An ancient 16th-century flour mill on the Duratón River in the town of Peñafiel, converted into an eatery where roasted lamb takes center stage.
Its huge adobe wood-fired oven, where the Churra breed suckling lamb weighing 5.5 kg is roasted with water and salt, and its homemade cheesecake.
Typical castilian cuisine, aged wines, and great reserves.
The coffee in a pot, enjoyed on the banks of the Duratón with grass and pine sand, is famous.
ORIGEN-ES
An old mill from the Fernández Rivera Family group, with modern interior design, housing both the hotel and the restaurant.
Origen-es has been awarded a «Solete» and chosen by the Repsol Guide as one of the best restaurants for a total gastronomic experience in the Golden Mile.
Chef David Pérez Ruiz designs his gastronomic proposal based on fish as the centerpiece of his menu, «fish is the protagonist, although not forgetting the local product and that of our Dehesa de la Granja estate.»
TALLER ARZUAGA
Located in the prestigious Arzuaga Winery, with a Michelin Star and a Repsol Sun 2024, it is the gastronomic project of Bodegas Arzuaga and the prestigious chef Víctor Gutiérrez.
A restaurant with avant-garde Castilian cuisine based on local products, especially game from the La Planta estate, the birthplace of Arzuaga wines.
All within a spacious lounge with large windows and views of the Ribera countryside and the interior of the winery, accessed through an interactive vaulted corridor.
